Kinect's Referral Program is not applicable for corp to corp, active consultants or those currently on payroll, or candidates who have interviewed or been submitted within last 6 months, and client employees. Payout Terms: The assignment must be more than 90 days or 520 hours worked. Referral payout is earned after the Payout Terms have been attained and the payment will be processed within two weeks of when the referral is earned. The payment will be made via an Accounts Payable ACH deposit, not Payroll. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.* Bonuses are subject to approval after placement, a minimum term, and/or assignment completion.
